What is Hood Warfare 2?
Hood Warfare 2 is a multiplayer first-person shooter by Trapstar Games, released on Steam for Windows on October 8, 2026. Rival gangs fight over a fictional Chicago across four maps and six modes, with killstreaks, create-a-class loadouts and a HUD that players compare to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It is the sequel to Hood Warfare (2023), rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5, and costs $5.99.
It went viral in its first weekend through streamer clips, especially the Snitch killstreak, and reached 5,973 players at once on October 12. Most Steam reviews recommend it; the main complaints are cheaters and spawn trapping, which patch 1.0.10 started to address.
